The porch, patio, and backyard make for additional fabulous event space. Outdoor parties here are amazing! The porch is filled with comfy furniture, plus a TV with surround sound system. There's an outdoor kitchen with a large grill, double burner, refrigerator, and prep sink. The coffee table in front of the couch is a fire pit table. There's outdoor dining for 8 at the main table and 4 more at the high-top table. Additional folding tables and chairs can be added to seat 30 on the patio. Two 10' x 20' tents can be added for more covered space. There’s room in the yard for a bounce-house, or corn-hole, or kiddie pool. Alternatively, if the yard is used for tables and seating, up to 85 people can dine outside. (More than 30 people would require renting tables and chairs from an outside source.)
