Event Preparation: Before each event, our staff conducts a detailed cleaning of all rooms and amenities to ensure they are in pristine condition. This includes setting up the space according to the event requirements and checking that all equipment and amenities are functioning properly. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we perform a comprehensive cleanup. This involves removing any trash, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disinfecting all areas used by guests. We also inspect the facility to ensure nothing has been damaged and everything is in its proper place. 4. Special Attention to High-Traffic Areas: Areas such as the lobby, bathrooms, and kitchen receive special attention. Bathrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and sanitized multiple times throughout the day. The kitchen, although not used for cooking, is kept clean and organized, with the fridge and coffee machine being regularly cleaned. 5. Professional Deep Cleaning: Periodically, we hire professional cleaning services to perform deep cleaning tasks. This includes shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and detailed cleaning of all nooks and crannies to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. 6. Health and Safety Compliance: We adhere to all local health and safety regulations, using approved cleaning products and following best practices for sanitation.
