Industrial-Chic Photo Studio & Creative Space in Mid-City LA Welcome to Amato Studio, a thoughtfully designed 2,300 sq. ft. industrial-chic studio and event space located between Koreatown and West Adams in Mid-City Los Angeles. Formerly a historic bank, our ground-floor studio features soaring 20-ft ceilings, original 1920s black and white checkered tile and architectural details that add charm and character, not your typical white-box space. Perfect for creatives, small to mid-sized productions, and gatherings of up to 60 guests, our studio is designed to make your workflow seamless and your experience stress-free. The cyc wall is cleaned and most stains are removed prior to all bookings but the nature of having a white cyc wall is that it will be a little dirty on the floor since it's painted with ProCyc flat matte white. If you require a freshly painted white wall/floor we charge an additional $150 for painting. “Afterhours Fee” covers Hours booked after 9pm: Add’l $25 per hour. * No Eating/Drinking: Water is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($75) * Do Not Step On V-Flats. ($75) * Notify host before booking if you are planing a sexually explicit shoot. ($250) * Do not remove aperture continuous Light from Rolling Stands. ($50) - if applicable to your booking Please give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will begin and end right at the time specified on your Peerspace confirmation. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended. Minimum 30min Overtime booking fee. Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken. Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests. We look forward to hosting your next production!
