All guests and participants must be able to walk up and down one full flight of stairs. There is no wheelchair-accessible route or passenger elevator. Our historic freight elevator is available only for transporting equipment and event items. It requires stairs to access, may be operated only by Wonder & Whimsy staff, and cannot be used to transport guests.
