Welcome to Utility - a 1500 square foot creative venue that adapts to the talent of artists and designers with the goal of communicating new ideas and bringing the world together. Utility is ideal for (but not limited to) pop-up retail events, photoshoots, art openings, book signings, podcast/live streaming events, meetings, classes and more (just ask us). The venue is a store-front-retail style space that can be customized depending on your needs. AMENITIES (included): - 1,500 sq ft total on ground floor - the space can be modified to accommodate as small as 810 sq. ft. and as large as the full 1,500 sq. ft.
