STUDIO “B” A bright 700+ square foot photography studio in the SoMa district of San Francisco. This building was built in 1925 and renovated into 18 individual office suites with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Each floor has a kitchenette and multiple bathrooms. The building is centrally located, easy to reach by bike, car or public transit, and offers easy parking and walkable access to cafes and restaurants. * Please note: 1) The building has NO elevator. The studio is located on the 2nd floor (requires walking up one flight of stairs) and the roof is on the 3rd floor (requires walking up a second flight of stairs). 2) The roof is not directly connected to the studio. 3) The space is a working photography studio, however, on request, we can remove much of the photography-related items from the space before your rental. 4) Photo & Video Productions: The windows face WEST and the studio is located in the back of the building (not facing the street). The studio, while quiet, is NOT completely soundproof. If that's important to you, please bring some sound dampening material for your shoot.
