(See the Suni Lee for Hoka campaign) Plenty of white backdrop space (whitewashed brick and white walls) for a plain backdrop or if you'd like to bring in your own graphics. A small bonus room is perfect for a wardrobe changing room, storing idle equipment/props out of the way, or just a place to take a call or get some privacy during your shoot. Double-pained city quiet windows make it extraordinarily quiet given the location in bustling tribeca, and you have access to the circuit breaker to turn off all sounds (refrigerator, heat), for a perfectly quiet shoot. Elevator building with newly renovated lobby, and luggage carts are available to help transport equipment up to the space if need be. A full-size, modern kitchen with a large refrigerator makes it easy to bring in catering or cold drinks. Plates, cutlery, and appliances are all available for your use.
