One of the best natural light spaces available. Nearly 1500 square feet of rustic space with hardwood floors and oversized south- and west-facing windows for maximum lighting. Antique light fixtures hang from the ceiling in this 1905 building. This room is on the second floor of a commercial building (no elevator, sorry!). There are no tenants above the ground floor, so the space is private and quiet. Perfect for photo shoots, videography, rehearsals, whatever you can imagine. Ample street parking is available in front of the building.

The room is cleaned thoroughly after each booking. The space is not in use otherwise by any other visitors.
