Our property boasts 23 rolling acres with stunning views, an 11,000-square-foot building, a 5.5-acre pond, two spacious getting-ready suites, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces you can utilize to bring your vision to life. Nestled in the northern part of the Triangle, in the charming town of Roxboro, The Carolina Estate has been lovingly transformed into a versatile, elegant, welcoming space fit for any event. We would be honored to be a part of your next celebration! Many of our available spaces are convertible depending on what type of event you’re planning. You will find that each of our available spaces is adaptable and can accommodate celebrations and gatherings of all sizes. This was an intentional step during the renovation process, giving foresight to what you could need. For example, our getting-ready suites can turn into breakout meeting rooms or even hold smaller events. This rental includes the upper level, featuring the Ballroom (2,400 square feet), the Terrace (1,200 square feet), the Balcony, the Lobby, a catering kitchen, restrooms, and access to the grounds. Also included is seating for 75, tablecloths, PA system, and a projector.
