Are you looking for an intimate setting? This space has 4 rooms (NOT ONE BIG OPEN SPACE) 25 people can fit in the entire space which includes 4 room. Anyone who wants to host a small birthday, graduation, bridal, or baby Shower party, teach a makeup class, hair class, crochet class, sewing class. Also it’s a great place to have board, team, or a strategy meeting. With a Great picture opt the entry room is decorated in the ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s” theme. Rectangle & Round Tables, 2 Tall Cocktail Tables, & chairs are available as well. The space comes with all 4 rooms One being the entry room(‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ room), a lounge room (has a couch, television, microwave, small fridge, powder room/restroom) 2 other rooms to set up (ex.one could be where you can set up your food and one could be for your guest) The Client are required to leave the space the way they received it. There is a 4 hour minimum. If your booking time is at 1pm. I will be there 15 minutes prior to open the space and do a walk through with the client. NO Early Entry. When booking, please include your set up and clean up time within your hours. For example, if you’ve told your guest your event starts at 2pm and ends at 4pm. And you need to set up/decorate. You would book an hour prior to the event. (more if you need it) and you are required to clean up after your event. So, an hour afterwards. Your booking may be from 1pm-5pm. I will arrive at the end time. I’m going to do a final walk through with the client.
