The Fleet Room is a blank canvas ready for small to medium events. It is naturally lit, with tables and chairs available but no furniture is fixed. It has a 65" HD TV mounted on the wall, and sonic booming to manage the sound intensity when larger numbers enjoy the space. Based on a 2-minute walk from King's Cross Station, this is the ideal breakout room, meeting room, or events space. We've welcomed team away days, panel discussions, kids' birthday parties, games events, dance rehearsals, therapy sessions, and being a breakout room or catering space for Upper Room events. It is fully accessible, and just let us know if you'd like teas and coffees provided. We look forward to welcoming you to King's House, our home in the heart of King's Cross.

The entire building is routinely cleaned 3 times a week. If there are additional cleans required in between events, we secure those with Bayleaf Cleaning. Basic cleaning supplies are available on request during your event, too. Just ask our events staff, who will be quick to sort any mess, spillage or leakage that might have interrupted the fun!
