1 block away from Pearl Street mall and next door to the elegant St. Julien Hotel our modern conference room has penthouse views of the Flatirons and access to a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great for team meetings, offsites, and small team retreats our space can comfortably fit 10-12 guests. Extra stools, a white board, and a large screen are included. Guests can connect easily via HDMI. The space features windows providing natural light, inclusive of a gorgeous view of the Flatirons, as well as recessed lights and standard overhead lights to fit your needs. We are respectful of guests, but you can expect that tenants may use the kitchen , other meeting rooms, or walk by during your event.
