Host an unforgettable event on our spacious and inviting Mezzanine with a bird's-eye view of North Hollywood's Oldest Brewery. This elevated space is ideal for 40-75 people hosting birthday parties, networking events, and other celebratory meetups. A slanted ceiling, sky lights, and curved railing add to the unique feel of the space, with breathtaking views of our 15-barrel brewhouse and modern tasting room. This semi-private space includes seating for about 60 guests, with a total capacity for about 75. It can be accessed via stairs or elevator lift. Furniture includes traditional beer garden-style tables and benches, and barrel tables with barstools. Central heating will keep you warm in the winter months, while air conditioning and fans throughout the space will keep you cool during the hottest of those valley heatwaves. An accessible bathroom is available exclusively for your guests. There is no food or beverage minimum for parties with 40 or more guests. Our drink menu includes beer, wine, hard cider, hard seltzer, spiked slushies, mocktails, non-alcoholic beer, sparkling water, soda, and juice (including juice boxes upon request). Spirits/cocktails and all outside beverages are prohibited. Parties with fewer than 40 guests must purchase one drink ticket per person per hour. Drink tickets are $12 plus 9.5% tax and 20% gratuity, and can be redeemed for one alcoholic beverage, mocktail, or n/a beer; or two soft drinks or juices. Guests can order from the day's scheduled food truck, or we can connect you with them to discuss options for your group. You may also bring your own prepared food, which we can refrigerate for you if needed. Cooking onsite and privately-booked food trucks are prohibited. Free amenities include electrical outlets, guest WiFi, and 3 TVs with streaming devices and available HDMI and USB ports. All pricing listed is a standard rate and increased charges may apply during holidays and other high demand periods. Decorations are allowed with the exception of confetti, glitter, or other items that may leave debris, including confetti-filled balloons. Please factor in time for set up and tear down in the total rental time. Rental requests outside of listed hours will be considered for an additional fee. We offer limited free onsite parking, and there is free street parking within a three-block radius. We are located one block off the Chandler bike path, and we are three blocks away from the North Hollywood Metro Station. Our venue is all ages and pet friendly, so bring the whole family!
