It features a separate entrance and is closed off from the rest of the home. There's a well decorated bathroom for client use and water access, a staircase with a gigantic window, and stunning mountain views. There are windows on two sides, which is a rare find! The windows face southeast and east, making the studio brightest in the earlier hours of the day. This is also an amazing space to host a Galentine's Day brunch, a writing class, a thoughtfully designed baby shower, or anything you like with 20 guests or less. While you won't have any interaction or interruptions, you might hear the occasional kiddo as we do live here. :)
