These areas may be rented separately or combined for an enhanced experience at an additional fee. Our event venue offers: 1,500 sq. ft. main space with flexible layout options Four adjoining rooms (120 sq. ft. each), perfect for desserts, a bar setup, or a private bridal suite Two guest bathrooms for added convenience Tables, chairs, and a portable bar included, comfortably accommodating up to 50 guests This unique setting allows for seamless flow and versatility, creating the perfect atmosphere for your celebration. There is no kitchen on site. The vacation rental accommodates up to 10 guests and includes: A game room and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity A spacious courtyard with BBQ grill, perfect for family and friend gatherings A full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sitting area with bar Five bedrooms and two ADA-compliant bathrooms All set on a serene two-acre property The rental rate is $550 per night, plus a $350 cleaning fee.
