We have cleaners clean before and after each booking.
1. Remove Trash: Collect and dispose of any trash left behind, including paper, bottles, and other debris.
2. Sanitize Surfaces: Wipe down and disinfect all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and light switches.
3. Clean Floors: Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors to remove any dirt or spills.
4. Check Equipment: Ensure all training equipment, like projectors, whiteboards, and markers, are clean and in working order.
5. Restock Supplies: Refill any supplies that are used during training sessions, such as markers, notepads, and tissues.
6. Ventilate the Room: Open windows or use air purifiers to circulate fresh air and reduce any odors.
7. Arrange Furniture: Set up the room according to the next booking’s requirements, ensuring the layout matches the expected setup.
8. Inspect Restrooms: If restrooms are available, clean and sanitize them, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
