INDUSTRIAL MOTO-LOFT | 1,100 SQ FT PRODUCTION SPACE Welcome to my loft in West Lakeview. This space blends raw industrial character with a clean, motorcyclist-inspired aesthetic. It’s designed for creators who want strong textures, natural light, and a unique backdrop without needing a massive studio. THE SPACE The loft has 20-foot wood-raftered ceilings and a large central skylight that keeps the space bright throughout the day. Three 12-foot windows in the back bring in additional directional light, which works great for both soft, natural looks and more dramatic setups. You’ll have a mix of exposed brick, white gallery walls, and industrial wood beams to work with, so you can get different looks without changing locations. CURATED ELEMENTS There are vintage motorcycles and a standing camera bellow in the space that stay as part of the setup. They add a lot of character and are great for lifestyle, editorial, or automotive-style shoots. PRODUCTION FEATURES A freight elevator is available for easy load-in of gear and props. The space has an open layout with a lounge area and kitchenette. Three restrooms are located right outside the unit. There is free street parking available around the building. PRODUCTION NOTES The space is best suited for small to mid-size crews. Natural light is strongest from midday into the afternoon. The building is generally quiet, though some normal city noise may be present. IDEAL USES Great for editorial and product shoots, fashion, interviews, and small film crews. It also works well for small brand events or creative team sessions.
