Whether you're looking to host an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, our loft studio offers the perfect backdrop to make your party unforgettable. Our space offers three distinct and adaptable areas, each designed to cater to your event’s unique needs: • SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Perfect for larger gatherings, this area is outfitted with a projector, speakers, and a full kitchen (excluding an oven). The white wall is ideal for projections, and the flexible layout allows for seamless customization to fit your event. • COZY LOUNGE ROOM: Separated by a stylish glass wall, this intimate space is perfect for meetings, workshops, or as a relaxing lounge for larger events. The private bar is stocked with glasses, tea cups, plates, and cutlery, ensuring you have all the essentials at your fingertips. • SELF-PORTRAIT PHOTO BOOTH: Enhance your event with our interactive self-portrait photo booth. Guests can capture high-quality, professional photos with ease—just use our clicker, strike a pose, and create stunning keepsakes. This engaging feature allows your attendees to take on the roles of both photographer and model, ensuring memorable photos to cherish. Our studio manager is here to ensure your event runs seamlessly. We offer support with AV setup, space planning, and efficient space utilization. On the day of the event, we can also arrange for a studio manager to be present on-site if needed to handle any technical issues and ensure everything goes according to plan. TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING: -Loading area in front of the studio entrance (no elevator) -Street parking and nearby parking garages -Close to SeaBus terminal, Waterfront SkyTrain Station, West Coast Express - Located in a vibrant area of Gastown with the best bars and restaurants. CATERING: -Beverages – selling is not allowed. -Outside food and/or catering is allowed LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT: Please work with the studio manager to handle all drop-offs and pickups on the day of the event. Be aware that additional fees may apply for load-in and load-out services that fall outside the scheduled date and time of your booking. Important Note: Our studio is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator. Here's a quick overview of the cleaning process that happens before and after each event at our venue: Thorough Surface Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, and counters, are carefully wiped down with disinfectants before and after your event to ensure a germ-free environment. Floor Care: We sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors, ensuring that the space is spotless and safe for all guests. Any spills or messes are addressed promptly. Restroom Hygiene: Our restrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. They are checked and cleaned regularly during and after your event. Kitchen Maintenance: All food-preparation areas are thoroughly cleaned after each use. We ensure that countertops, appliances, and dishware are spotless. Trash and Waste Management: We make sure all waste is properly disposed of, with trash and recycling separated to meet environmental standards. Air Quality: We regularly ventilate the space to maintain fresh air circulation and ensure a comfortable environment. Post-Event Care: After every event, we perform a deep clean to make sure the venue is ready for the next group of guests, ensuring everything is in its proper place and free of clutter.

Política de cancelación

Estándar de 30 días
