Our 1910 Craftsman has been renovated from the foundations up, and remodeled to be a modern space while maintaining key elements of its historic character. Its 2200 sqft is comprised of two primary suite bedrooms, a powder room, kitchen, dining, living, and parlor office, making it very spacious. The house sits at the center of the Jefferson Park Historic Preservation Zone, at the intersection of a palm tree-lined W 30th St. and Prescott Ct. walking street. An amazing number of windows allow light to flood in, especially in the afternoon. The kitchen features high-end appliances and has room for a moveable island if required. Modern electrics can handle studio lighting and AC is available if needed. The house features large front and back porch areas. Exterior landscaping is all Californian native or drought-resistant plants. The backyard has a large dining area, bocce court, and fire pit. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and close access to the 10 freeway makes access easy.
