Suburban Private Indoor Skatepark Warehouse

Our space is perfect for hosting a wide variety of events and purposes including special events, photo shoots, video projects and more. The space itself is about 3500 square feet. Generally, it is used for skateboarding and quad skating and is considered a state-of-the-art skate facility. Although our ramps and obstacles are mostly stationary, the space can be used flexibly to meet your needs. An indoor skateboard park is a rare and unique space for our whatever projects our guests wish to carry out. We have hosted a variety of events and activities such as concerts, comedy shows, photo and video shoots, flea markets, and much more. There is ample open floor space in the park for any equipment, tables or chairs our guests would like to set-up. There are large common restrooms/locker rooms available as well with showers. Restrooms are not private to the skatepark, but available to all tenants in our larger building. The neighborhood is suburban, subdued and vibrant. There is a downtown area very close by with a wide variety of entertainment and food options. Public transportation is also close by in the middle of town. Our direct neighbor is a brewery with food trucks daily. The larger warehouse has bay doors for easy access, but access to the skatepark itself is a normal-sized entryway.
