The backyard has 100 ft of canal frontage, one large dock, one long dock and kayak launch. Huge Maple trees give lots of shade in the yard and water. Colorful kayaks and SUP are great for an adventurous outdoorsy shoot. Of course, you can launch your own kayaks, if certain brands are needed. Plus, plenty of inflatables and Lily Pad floating mat for lots of family fun water shots. Tree swing and hammock make sweet photos. Also, could do some fun dog shots. We even have dog life jackets. The Weber charcoal grill and picnic table make a nice scene too. Spacious living room with high ceilings, art, retro sectional couch & lamps and tons of windows for natural light. Great for family scenes or a couple. Large king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a double bathtub, mirror covered walls and hight windows. Perfect for a bubble bath. Separate movie theater building with the Weeki Wachee River murals and reclaimed wood kitchenette with retro refrigerator. Projector streams Netflix and others plus gaming. The large white wall is perfect for the movies or for a photo shoot.
