The property features an open plan kitchen and a balcony which overlooks the river thames in one direction and the airport runway in another direction. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have filmed various influencer campaigns, music videos, content creation and many other types of content here. The closest station is King George V DLR station (4min walk), also a multitude of bus routes go through this area. Please check the floor plan for your delight. Our various lifestyle setups, including unique furnishings and backdrops, offer endless possibilities for your shoot. For example the wall by the dining area can be transformed into a traditional studio with backdrop for specific photography needs. We take care of every detail to ensure your experience is seamless and stress-free. And with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee, snacks, and bubbly, you can fuel your creativity and celebrate your accomplishments. The entire apartment is available to hire, please specify in your booking which room you would like to use. There is underground parking available for 1 car and metered parking available just up the road.
