Villa Coquelicot is a stunning Provencal-style retreat blending recycled materials with contemporary interiors. The villa features 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings supported by ancient oak timber beams. The 42 m² southwest-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying the long, sunny Provencal summers. The property sits on 4,000 m² of land and offers ample parking for around 30 cars, a rare feature in this area. Our second home, a 200 m² classic Roman-style villa, is just 50 m away and is the only visible neighbor. Its swimming pool is available for use if required. The villa’s kitchen is equipped with high-end Miele appliances and an electric convection cooktop. The landscape is authentic Provencal terrain with restanques, perfect for capturing natural beauty. For outdoor enjoyment, there are several walking and cycling tracks starting at the property entrance, as well as a boule court located near the parking area. The Château de Berne entrance is just 500 m away, offering restaurants, bistros, and a cave à vins. We also own a local café/restaurant and can provide catering on any level, including a private chef onsite if needed. For longer stays, you can have the villa entirely to yourself while we relocate to our other villa on the same property.
