By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, DINING TABLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is moved from original place after booking.
