The property undergoes a thorough cleaning process immediately following the departure of each guest. All essential amenities and supplies are replenished to ensure a pristine environment for subsequent guests. * Cleaning & Trash Removal: Productions and meeting organizers must ensure the space is cleaned and reset by the end of all activities. Alternatively, cleaning services can be arranged at an additional charge of $500 for strike/wrap-up. All trash must be collected and removed from the premises at the end of each booking. * Furniture Use: Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position before departure. Kindly handle all furniture and decor with care.
