We are a local shop in Oakland Park, renting part of our space out to events! The total rentable space is about 950sqf, with the larger warehouse area being ~600sqf and the front office area being ~350sqf. Fully air-conditioned. We have long white curtains to hide our shop inventory, and a bathroom in the back. ADD-ONS: We also have chairs and tables on-site and available to rent. 50 white folding chairs @ $3/ea 9 six-foot rectangular tables @ $12/ea 2 standing-height cocktail tables @ $12/ea **YOU SHOULD BOOK ENOUGH TIME FOR SETUP AND BREAKDOWN OF YOUR EVENT. The time you book is the time you will have access to the space.** Any hours booked beyond midnight will incur an "After-hours Extension" add-on charge of $40 per hour beyond midnight. For example, if your event ends at 2am, two Extensions will be added, resulting in an additional $80. This covers staffing on our end so you're able to have parties beyond our typical hours. The space can also be used for photoshoots, using some of our unique furniture as props (please message us for more info on pricing). We can open the bay door on cooler winter days (when AC is off), and have large window in the front office for natural light. Along with new LED ceiling lights and large fan in the warehouse section. ——— NOT ALLOWED: No bubble or fog machines. No glass bottles, only cans and plastics. No smoking, vapes, or drugs. ——— **THE SPACE IS COMPLETELY EMPTY WHEN RENTED, except for the green block desk and wood corner bench in the front room** Our store is open 10-4pm on Saturdays and is not usually available for private events to rent during that time. Message us if you’re interested in that timeframe. For the best Saturday event experience, we recommend any booking to start after 4:30pm. Clean up is simple and we just ask that you remove anything you brought, clean up anything you spilled, and set the trash bags outside the building. We handle the rest. Our venue is across the street from a public park (Wimberly Fields Park) with open fields and basketball courts.
