Our space although designed for photo and production shoots has become popular for private events. We are a creative space and our guests enjoy the creative design features of this property. We are located just 7 blocks from the central riverfront across from Great American Ballpark in Newport, Ky. We are easy to find and situated in a quant historic district with plenty of private parking and ADA accessibility. Vendors and guests alike love the convenient loading/unloading from curbside. Weather permitting we can be an indoor/outdoor venue which is bright and airy with good airflow. Vibe is already provided, you may add to it as you wish but isn't always necessary. We can accommodate around 150-200 people in a casual cocktail party format but only about 100 comfortably if you are hosting a more formal sit down. Usually 1hr for set up, 3hrs for the event and 1hr for cleanup. You are welcome to book additional time when needed.
