This space has a separate exterior entrance from the main house. You’ll take a few short stairs down to a large, colorful open-concept space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. The space is designed to strike a balance between vibrant accent colors, neutral furniture, and cozy textures. Ideal for those wanting a bit more color and vibrancy while still having the freedom to create their aesthetic. There is a plush ivory sofa, velvet armchair, electric fireplace, and floor cushions. Additional armchairs, a small dining table that seats 2-3, and/or a 6’ long conference table can be provided upon request. There is a 70-inch television, wifi, and Bluetooth speaker available for your use. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, a radiant cooktop with a vent, a stovetop kettle, a Breville coffeemaker, limited pot pans, utensils, and dishes. We also provide filtered water, coffee, a selection of tea, honey, and sugar are also for your use. The fridge is empty and available to stock with your food and beverages as needed during the rental. There is no microwave but a toaster oven and/or air fryer can be provided upon request.
