At Our Bright, Quiet, Multi-Use Brooklyn Photo Studio and Creative Artist's Space, we understand that the joy is in the journey. This is why we built our space. To support you, the creative, as you ideate and innovate your chosen passion(s). We know that creativity takes focus, quiet, and consistency. Something that is not easy to muster in the typical NYC shared (or) shoebox apartment. That's where we come in. Located in peaceful Park Slope, our sun-soaked 800 sq. ft plant oasis was designed to maximize your productivity. Our intimate space is equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette, wireless color printer, central air/heat, and high-speed wi-fi. Conveniently a 3-minute walk from the R train, and only a 12-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from the F/G trains. SPACE SPECIFICATIONS 800 sq. ft. space 14ft ceilings and large windows, great light throughout the day Seamless Paper: 9ft W x 107in. L 8ft work table - fits 8-10 people All the equipment and backdrops in the studio are included. The backdrops available are white, beige, and gray. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. There is a $12 fee per seamless pull. Seamless pull: pulling the paper under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking in the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. The studio is located on the second floor of a 3-unit building. Currently, the building is only shared with one tenant on the bottom floor. CLEANING: We do not charge a cleaning fee, as production usage generally does not require a heavy clean-up of the studio. You may leave trash in the trash can; otherwise, please do your best to leave the room the way you found it.
