Our property is truly one-of-a-kind, with most features custom-made to create a unique and unforgettable experience. From the sand volleyball court and hammock garden nestled among towering palm trees to the lakeside boat dock, this space is perfect for hosting video & photoshoots, engagements, meetings or workshops. For bookings under 4 hours with up to 5 guests, you’ll have access to the exterior areas, which include the pool, sand volleyball court, and relaxing spaces. A half bath is available for changing. If you wish to utilize the kitchen and living room, please inquire in advance. For bookings over 4 hours, you will enjoy exclusive access to our luxurious presidential guest suite, featuring two Queen beds, a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a private bathroom, and a comfortable living space. Please inquire at least 7 days in advance to check availability. If you wish to utilize the kitchen and living room of the main house, please inquire in advance. The backyard and pool area come alive at night with customizable LED lighting throughout, creating an atmosphere that can be tailored to your event's theme or vibe. Our pool, custom-built in 2022, features a fog system, a 10-foot-wide grotto with a waterfall, rainfalls, and deck jets, all lit up with vibrant LED lights for a stunning nighttime experience. We take pride in offering a versatile layout suitable for various activities. Whether you’re looking to host a unique outdoor experience, capture beautiful moments for a photoshoot, or enjoy a private retreat, this space can adapt to your needs.
