A three bedroom cedar panelled home, set amidst trees and looking out to the ocean on the westside of the closest gulf island to Vancouver, Bowen Island. The house has been meticulously preserved with original 70's decor, furniture and decorations, giving the true summer cabin from the 70's vibe. The house sits on a sloped lot with gardens and a pathway meandering down the land. There is an additional rustic cabin on the property, also built in the 70's. The cabin is one open-plan room with bed, sofa, kitchenette and old fashioned wood burner, creating a ' cabin in the woods' feel. Note: the property is not able to offer accessible access at this point in time due to the slope of the property and the current nature of the stairs down to the property, which whilst no more than 15 steps are unevenly spaced and formed at points.
