Convenient Photo & Video Studio with Tall Ceilings and Controlled Lighting

Our 600 Sq Ft studio has everything you need for your next production. This space is new as of 2024 and has served as a very convenient location for various photo, video and podcast projects. The space is a long rectangle with very tall (15') ceilings and features a shooting space at the back, complete with 108" paper backdrops mounted to the wall. Current backdrop colors include white, olive green, beige & blue. All backdrops are included with every booking. This is my primary place of work but I will stay out of your way in an adjacent room for the duration of your booking if you need anything. RENTAL GEAR: Our studio is fully equipped with lighting, modifiers, stands, grip equipment that can be rented in addition to your booking. PARKING: We have our own parking lot that is directly outside our door, making load in and load out a breeze. CONTROLLED LIGHT: The room features no windows which is perfect for a controlled lighting scenario. There are sets of white and black curtains that eliminate any light spill coming from the hallway and door. MODULAR FURNITURE: Furniture you will have access to is our large table, 1 husky work bench top, small standing desk on wheels, 4 stools with green cushions, 4 white metal stools with removable white cushions & the yellow gold couch. Almost all of the large items are on wheels and can be moved around the space or removed entirely if requested beforehand. Our lockers near the entrance are the only items that cannot be moved. HEADSHOTS If you are a photographer looking at renting the space for less than an hour for a headshot or two, please reach out for accommodations. KITCHEN PREP SPACE: There is a break room with fridge down the hall if you are needing a space to store / prep food that also includes a kitchenette, microwave, toaster oven and table with chairs. BATHROOMS: Our space has access to a total of three bathrooms. 1 large private bathroom with shower as well as two separate shared bathrooms: male and female. OFF LIMITS: There are only a few things that are off limits in our space. The lockers near the door, the industrial file cabinet and tool chest will all be locked during your rental. The lockers are too heavy to move but the file cabinet, tool chest and gear shelf are on casters if you wish to move them. Items on my desk below the tv, will need to stay in place. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: Our space shares a wall with a large industrial warehouse. The bulk of the noise can be avoided / worked around if we know ahead of time when you are looking to record.
