The layout offers an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, living room, dining room, half-bath, and seasonal outdoor patio with conversation seating. ▪︎The dining room offers 8-person seating, elegant dinnerware, and a hot/cold buffet table. ▪︎The living room seats 8-10 ppl on a sofa, a love seat, a chair, and an oversized ottoman. ▪︎The outdoor conversational patio seats 8-10 ppl. ▪︎The condo offers a picturesque and unique wall-to-wall mural. ▪︎Two TVs: a 65" and 40" with premium cable; offering a huge variety of channels. ▪︎There are board games and a Bluetooth speaker. ▪︎There is a chef's kitchen stocked with kitchen tools, serving utensils, and food warmers. ▪︎All rentals come with an onsite "personal concierge" person that serves as guest services personnel to do things such as: ▪︎welcome & receive guests, at the front door, during your event to take & hang coats; escort guests to seating; assist with food warming; to monitor the rest room; clear trash; and general support purposes.. *Our concierge service is NOT catering or food preparation (although this service can be offered to guests as an "add-on" service for guests interested, for an additional cost to the primary rental contract). A refundable deposit is required with every rental. The deposit is important because it keeps guests accountable in caring & respecting the home for irresponsible behavior. In general, the deposit is 1/2 of the rental fee (but the deposit can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis; depending on the type of event the home is being rented for, and the number of people). Again, the deposit is in place to safeguard renter accountability & responsibility.
