There are many custom upholstered items, exquisite tiling, crown molding, gorgeous wallpaper and electronically controlled custom drapes in each bedroom. Each room is a different, soothing color, and while great care was taken to decorate, it still feels super comfy and not fussy. There is the cute kids bunk bed and playful wallpaper, the grand brick fireplace and the large, luxurious bathrooms. Huge, fenced-in backyard! The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The main floor has a luxuriously designed chef's kitchen, with quartz counter tops, and a custom hood and cabinetry. This area opens to a large dining room with doors leading out to a new bluestone patio and a heated gunite pool. Also on this floor is a spacious open living room, the media room/office (with queen size pull-out sofabed) and powder room. On the second floor, there are 2 generously sized primary suites with king size beds, along with 2 additional bedrooms (1 queensize, 1 bunk room) and another full bathroom. The hosts have a crib and changing table to transform the queen bedroom to a child's room. The home flows seamlessly from the dining and kitchen areas outdoors to the deck, patio and expansive yard, all surrounding the heated pool and overlooking the reserve. Plenty of storage space in the clean, organized basement. What’s more, the hosts run a local workout studio in East Hampton which can also be rented.
