In addition the large summerhouse at the end of the garden can be used for catering and a green room and/ or house agency & crew with side access for bringing equipment in easily. We have 7,500 sqft of space to shoot with an open plan kitchen and downstairs area. The large space provides the room for cameras to pan out and get the shot you need. The main feature is a central, open staircase as you enter through the double front doors with modern glass panels. Huge stone tiles throughout the ground floor with a carpeted cinema/lounge/chill room. The dining room has a cool built-in bar leading to a formal lounge boasting a baby white grand piano. Other features include a gym, utility room, and garage. Originally a family home, the location has 7 bedrooms most with en suite bathrooms. The garden is quiet with a swimming pool , astroturf lawn and massive terrace. We have 2 seperate WiFi routers so plenty of internet and you can hardwire into either router. Film equipment can be left securely onsite and even leave the set as is, overnight. We have fold-out tables and chairs for catering/makeup.
