Perfect for music videos, photoshoots, and more. The layout of the space includes a space for your creative team to capture the shot you need. Utilize our 'Vintage Aesthetic Television Wall' for your various shoot needs. There are usually between 60-70 vintage TVs (fully functioning) that are a part of our wall. The TV wall shares the same room as our LED Volume stage; so please notify us if you will be capturing audio or if you need a private film setting to prevent being booked with another crew. Rates: Peerspace serves as a fill for down time between major productions shot at our studio, so we offer rates that support our goal of supporting local independent films and music artists that can work with flexible dates to fill our down times. Attendees (1 - 2) - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM We offer a $100/hour rate for groups of 1-2 people EXCLUSIVELY to those looking to hire our in house staff for all their camera/lighting needs which allows us to offer such a low rate. Attendees (3-9) - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM We offer a SPECIAL $300/hour rate for groups of 3-5 people which is a 40% discount from our normal hourly rate. Attendees (10-19) - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM We offer a SPECIAL $400/hour rate for groups of 6-10 people which is a 20% discount from our normal hourly rate. Attendees (20+) - 8:00 AM -6:00 PM Our Normal rate is $600/hour for groups of 11 people or more, Weekends are an additional $100/hour. After Hours (6:00 PM - 8:00 AM) Rate is an additional $50/hour.
