Flexible space in the heart of Hollywood with a private lobby and stage/seating. There are 47 seats and a raised stage that is 24 ft wide by 17 ft deep. Max capacity is 60 people. Perfect for comedy shows, one-night performances, poetry readings, events of all natures, acting classes, rehearsals, and film shoots you name it! As you enter there are 2 landings then our private lobby with a concessions bar, mini fridge, and bathroom. Then we have the theatre with 47 seats and a stage with 2 wing spaces and a traditional entrance through the changing room. Worklights separate from the stage lights, plus full theatrical lighting and sound systems. Perfect for your next event
