We’re a small, award-winning craft distillery that is truly grain to glass: we source our ingredients from local farms in Waterloo and Wellington counties, and we even grow our own botanicals that infuse and inspire our world class spirits. Our distillery pays homage to infamous cocktail lounges and hotel lobby bars from around the world, making for an unforgettable event experience. Our indoor private spaces have been designed with service, elegance and history in mind, and our outdoor patio is in the heart of downtown Elora. We’ve adorned our event spaces with antiques, classic movie posters, elegant furniture, and a royal blue and gold colour scheme.
