Featuring a stunning art gallery space, lounge seating, a DJ booth, and a backyard oasis with patio seating for 40 and a large upper lawn ideal for outdoor gatherings. Lower level booking only. FOR EVENTS: (Event pricing is customized to each event depending on group sizes and areas/hours needed. Please inquire within for an accurate quote) $300 minimum for all weekend event bookings Perfect for upscale gatherings, corporate events, or intimate celebrations. Gated front yard and driveway perfect for step-n-repeats, event check-in, and red carpets Maximum capacity is 250 standing. Indoor/Outdoor Sound System provided. DJs w/ amplified sound are allowed for an additional cost Valet or Shuttles or Rideshare required for all events over 15 cars Security is required for all events. One security guard for every 40 people on property. A Site rep/venue coordinator must be present for all bookings Insurance is required. Alcohol is allowed on property. If you intend to sell alcohol to guests, you must acquire a liquor license.

Our house undergoes a thorough cleaning process before and after each booking to ensure it is spotless: Professional Cleaning Crew: Our team of professional cleaners sanitizes all high-touch surfaces, deep cleans the kitchen, restrooms, and living spaces, and ensures every room is in pristine condition. Outdoor Maintenance: The backyard, patio, and lawn areas are regularly cleaned and groomed, with trash removed and outdoor furniture wiped down after every event. Daily Inspections: Between bookings, we perform daily inspections to address any issues promptly and keep the space in top condition. Regular Deep Cleaning: In addition to routine cleaning, we schedule regular deep cleanings for carpets, furniture, and hard-to-reach areas to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment at all times. This level of care ensures the house is always ready to host your event in a clean, inviting atmosphere.
