Fort Collins Headshot Studio is an 850 sq ft modern creative space ideal for professional photographers, videographers, podcasters, or small meetings. Newly remodeled in January 2024, the studio is located at 6024 S College Ave—just north of Trilby at the Skyway intersection—in a building shared with Fort Collins 4x4. Look for the Fort Collins Headshot Studio name on the monument sign along College Ave. The studio has two designated parking spaces located just 10 feet from the entrance and is fully handicap accessible. The studio has its own private entrance on the northwest side of the building. Inside, you'll find a stylish waiting area with a floating privacy wall that separates it from the main studio. The waiting space includes seating for seven, a coat rack, reading materials, a coffee bar, and a circle-lit vanity mirror. Beyond the floating wall, the studio opens into a large, flexible space equipped with Savage seamless paper backdrops: 10-foot rolls (white, gray, black, and dark blue) 4-foot rolls (pink, purple, blue, green, tan, brown, yellow, red, and gray) This space is ideal for headshots, branding sessions, product photography, video interviews, and general creative use. Lighting equipment available for use includes: Godox SL150 constant video light with ball softbox 2x Godox SK400 plug-in strobes with softboxes A dedicated dressing room is available and includes a full-length beauty mirror. A restroom is located in the hallway and is shared with Fort Collins 4x4 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Outside of those hours, it is private and accessible only to studio guests.

🧼 Cleaning Process – Fort Collins Headshot Studio To ensure the studio remains clean, professional, and ready for the next guest, please follow this checklist before leaving the space. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if the studio is not returned to its original condition. 🪑 Waiting Room Return all chairs to their original positions Dispose of trash in the garbage can Wipe any spills or coffee station messes Return magazines or books neatly to the table or shelf 📸 Studio Area Reset any moved furniture or stools Re-roll backdrops as needed and cut off any soiled or torn paper (ask if unsure) Turn off and unplug all lights and equipment Return all lighting gear (stands, cords, modifiers) to its original storage spot Remove any props or personal items Wipe down any surfaces or equipment used 💡 Vanity & Dressing Room Turn off vanity lights Pick up all personal items, hangers, and clothing Wipe down the mirror and surfaces if makeup or product was used Ensure the space is free of trash or residue 🚻 Bathroom Remove any items brought in by your team or clients Dispose of paper towels or trash in receptacles Report any issues or messes to staff 🚗 Final Steps Double-check the space for forgotten items Turn off hallway and studio lights Unplug the exterior studio sign (if used) and plug it back into the auto timer Notify the manager when you're done: 📞 970-989-8522
