Located inside the South Bay Galleria at 1815 Hawthorne Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA. Our two-level venue brings together productivity, creativity, and comfort—perfect for professionals and teams looking to connect and get things done. A Third Space for Meetings, Collaboration & Innovation Orange Door Spaces redefines the meeting environment by offering a “Third Space”—a harmonious blend of home-like comfort and office functionality. Whether you're a team, department, or corporate group, our space fosters focused conversation, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving. With a mix of private rooms and flexible areas, we provide the ideal backdrop for meetings of all kinds. Space Overview • Total Area: 20,000 sq. ft. located on the 1st floor accessible via the mall entrance •Ceiling Height: 11 ft tall Consists of 3 main areas: • The Living Room: 90’ x 135’ (12,000 sq. ft.)- large welcoming space with tables, couches and desks throughout • The Game Room: 60’ x 60’ (3,600 sq. ft)– fun area with ping pong, foosball, games, couches and tables. This space can also be set up auditorium style with seating for up to 100 • The Library 60' x 40' (2,400 sq ft)- guest work areas and couches and desks throughout Additional Meeting Spaces & Amenities • Large Conference Room: 13.5’ x 21.5’ (Seats 8) – perfect for board meetings and presentations • Private Workspaces:  • 3-Person Conference Room (8’ x 10’)  • 4-Person Conference Room (8’ x 12’) • Kitchen: 19’ x 21’ – great for coffee breaks or catering setup • High-Speed Wi-Fi: Seamless connectivity throughout • Flexible Seating: Ergonomic chairs, lounge areas, and breakout zones • Private Restrooms: Two for added convenience • Free Onsite Parking: Ample parking near the entrance The space is perfect for: • Company off-sites • Team meetings • Work interviews • Conferences • Workshops • Seminars • Networking mixers • Private parties and celebrations • Holiday gatherings • Film screenings • Photoshoots and video shoots • Yoga classes and more Furniture can be moved and set up according to your desired configuration. You are more than welcome to have catering delivered to the space and set up during your meeting/event. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Please note: This is not a soundproof space and some ambient noise from the surrounding areas should be expected. The conference rooms have doors and may offer quieter environments, but they are not fully soundproof.

At our space, we prioritize cleanliness to create a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment for everyone. Here's what you can expect from our cleaning routines: 1. Daily Cleaning Common areas, workstations, and high-traffic zones are cleaned and sanitized every day. We wipe down frequently touched surfaces such as tables, door handles, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment. 2. Deep Cleaning We conduct deep cleaning regularly to address floors, carpets, windows, and less accessible areas. Special attention is given to lounges, private offices, and recreational spaces during these sessions. 3. Sanitization Stations Hand sanitizers are available throughout the space for your convenience. Wipes and sprays are also provided to members for personal use at workstations. 4. After-Hours Cleaning Cleaning crews work after-hours to ensure minimal disruption to your activities. Meeting rooms and studios are cleaned between bookings to maintain readiness for the next user. 5. Member Responsibility We encourage members to tidy their personal workspaces and return any shared equipment after use. Please report any spills or maintenance concerns to our staff promptly to help us keep the space in top condition. With these efforts, we aim to provide a clean, well-maintained environment where you can work, create, and relax confidently.

Política de cancelación

Estándar de 30 días
