This home is located in Crawford Canyon, an unincorporated neighborhood in North Tustin. The neighborhood has no sidewalks or streetlights. Sightings of coyotes, rabbits and snakes are common. The yard wraps around the entire house and there are views in the backyard, back deck and front yard. Natural light fills the entire home. The home sits at the very top of the hill, there is no traffic noise at any point during the day or night. Please note that access to one restroom is a different separate hourly rate. You will need to select the "add-on" when booking if you decide you'd like a restroom or access to the interior of the home.
