Lonestar Studios is a unique and elegant industrial warehouse capable of tackling any project from hourly photoshoots to month-long exhibitions. Nestled in a gorgeous industrio-bohemian alley, its large garage entrance, high ceilings, lofty skylights, and curated aesthetic is a constant draw to the foot traffic of LA's Arts District. With gallery walls, a green room, conference area, shower/bathroom, and full kitchen, this space is ideal for the following: • Photoshoots • Filming • Private Events • Release Parties/ Receptions • Public Popups • Gallery Exhibitions • Studio Visits The space can be outfitted with furniture and audio systems, or left as your blank canvas. We are conveniently located in the Arts District, right off of 4th & S Hewitt St. The space is within a block's distance to Urth Cafe, Tatsu Ramen, and The Resident bar (which serves as a convenient place to gather after wrap). S Hewitt St has two parking lots and plenty of street parking. Load in is easy through our spacious alley, rolling garage entrance, and ground floor access. Lonestar Studios is run by artists and designers. We make sure to reset the space between each booking to ensure a clean environment for all renters.
