Our Deluxe King with Queen sleeper sofa can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, located on both the first and the second floor, subject to availability and accessible by stairs. ***Please note that we do not have a front desk at the Fainting Couch. Your room number and door code to get in will be texted to you at check-in time. You can message us with questions during your stay.*** Guests/Occupants: It has been agreed that for this rental, the maximum number of overnight Guests/Occupants shall be 4 Guests per Room for rooms containing more than 1 bed and 2 Guests per Room for Rooms with only 1 bed. Additional Guests or Daytime Visitors shall not be permitted. The Primary Occupant and other guests shall be collectively referred to herein as “Occupants.” No one under 18 will be allowed on the property without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Pets and Service Animals: A Fee of $50 shall apply to any stays where a Pet is present. Pets and Service Animals are permitted on the premises; however, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure they are well-behaved, on a leash at all times, and MAY NEVER BE LEFT IN THE ROOM ALONE. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS MUST ACCOMPANY YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM. NO MORE THAN ONE PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL IS PERMITTED PER ROOM. Occupant(s) also acknowledge and consent to absolve the Property Owner and Management from any liability associated with the presence of pets on the property. THE PRESENCE OF MORE THAN 1 PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL IN A ROOM, LEAVING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL ALONE IN A ROOM, OR ALLOWING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL TO BE OFF LEASH ON THE PROPERTY SHALL INCUR A MINIMUM $200 CHARGE.
