Activities Our space is perfect for photographers looking for natural light and an inviting setting for portrait or product photography. For professionals or small teams, it offers a comfortable environment for coworking or brainstorming sessions, and the layout is flexible enough to host client meetings, workshops, or small group presentations. We have 18 upholstered chairs and a 12’ couch for ample seating options. For additional seating, folding chairs and tables can be utilized. Layout This open-concept studio features high ceilings and large windows that let in ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The main area can be arranged to suit various needs, whether you require an open workspace, seating for meetings, or a staging area for shoots. A cozy nook at the back offers additional seating, making it a great spot for quieter work or intimate conversations. Unique Features & Amenities The space comes fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 72" widescreen TV monitor, a bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating options. A small kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker is available for refreshments; and you’ll find a variety of basic office supplies, shelves and tables surfaces for multi-use. Ample free parking in the area makes it convenient for your guests and clients.

After every booking, we sanitize high-touch surfaces, refresh common areas, and restore the space to its original tidy layout—providing a spotless, ready-to-use environment for your photoshoots, meetings, or coworking sessions.
