After all events, space must be put back in the order in which it was originally staged. All garbage must be thrown out - there are two dumpsters in the alley outside the back door. The space must be clean from any decorations/florals/personal items. Bathroom garbage must be taken out and bags replaced. Floor must be swept of all debris, and any wet areas must be mopped. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if decorations, trash, alcohol or personal items remains in the building. All setup and clean up must be completed within the rental period. Additional fees will apply if the Client exceeds the rental time.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 30 y 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
