Introducing North, a space to slow down. An intentional lounge and office loft designed for elevated, low-impact gatherings; ideal for professional meetings, creative work, photo shoots, and curated dining experiences. Approximately 1,200 square feet, the space features original hardwood floors, exposed brick, ceiling beams, and industrial ductwork. During the day, natural light pours in from windows on all sides, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open layout allows each area to flow naturally into the next, with distinct zones for both lounging and conversation, supporting gatherings that feel thoughtful, comfortable, and connected. Ammenities and Logistics: There are two tables that can be used separately or pushed together. Separately each table sits 6-8 people. Together, you can fit 14 people. We also have 2 bar tables that seat 4 people total. The combined lounge areas seat approx 10 people. Plates, silverware, mugs, and glassware provided. High-speed internet included. The Neighborhood: We are located in the Highlandtown Arts District. Highlandtown in Southeast Baltimore has been a neighborhood of immigrants since 1866 and remains that way today. The community is a place where people from all professions and socio-economic backgrounds, both longtime residents and newcomers, all mingle together in harmony.

Our space has a scheduled professional cleaning, as well as intermittent cleaning in between bookings. We use this space for meetings and our own events, so we keep it clean.

Flexible
