This newly constructed studio, completed in 2024, is located in a separate building adjacent to the main residence. It features a private pool at the front and offers stunning views over Granada Hills. The studio is equipped with top-tier gear, including a Tubetech preamp, Neve SXP1073, Bock 251, and more. We operate both Ableton and Pro Tools, with a comprehensive suite of standard plugins installed on the main system. Additionally, you can connect your computer to the setup if needed. The studio is versatile and ideal for a variety of creative projects, including music production, songwriting (e.g., writing camps), vocal recording, live band recording, and filming studio sessions or live performances. The interior is designed with a warm aesthetic, featuring deep sea-blue panels complemented by rich walnut wood accents. The space boasts high ceilings and natural daylight and is equipped with adjustable HUE lighting to create the perfect ambiance for any mood or occasion.
