The completely private picturesque yard includes a beautiful covered patio (with a wood-burning fireplace), lush landscaping, loads of comfortable seating, and a 10x30 saltwater pool (which you can use for a small extra fee). This is the perfect space for small gatherings, special events, and even photo shoots. (Use of the kitchen inside the home is also available for an additional fee.)

The patio is cleaned regularly by the homeowners and professionally cleaned between bookings. The yard is professionally landscaped weekly and the pool is cleaned weekly.
