This space prioritizes guests staying on Airbnb who wish to host a function or event during their stay. Weekday events do not require an Airbnb booking, offering flexibility for your plans. However, for weekend events, a booking is required. We will consider weekend bookings without an Airbnb stay if made within two weeks of the event date. Please plan accordingly to secure your preferred dates! Welcome to the Parkside North Hills! This five-bedroom, four-bathroom house boasts three primary suites, including a private guest suite. The house was completely renovated in 2024 with a sleek kitchen and modern bathrooms. Each bedroom is themed for a bird living in beautiful Eastgate Park, next door to the house.
